Farm Staff Series

Designed to provide farm employers with the skills and knowledge to better attract, reward and retain farm staff through a series of 4 motivating workshops.  The first workshop, ‘Recruit Right’ is for farm business owners, managers and corporations who employ and manage farm staff.

  • What to advertise to attract interest
  • How to sell your offer
  • Conducting the interview
  • How to interview their referees
Participants will be provided with a ‘Leaders Guide’ and notes which include all necessary templates, forms and information required for recruitment and recruitment matters.  Delivered by Neville Brady, Bunch Consulting and facilitated by David Brown, Holmes Sackett.
