Farm Staff Series

The objective of the Farm Staff series workshops is to provide farm employers with the skills and knowledge to better attract, reward and retain farm staff.  

The second workshop in the series is ‘Staffing Blues’ and this workshop is for farm business owners, managers and corporations who employ and manage staff. 

Workplace conflicts can shake up even the sturdiest business.  Although conflict can’t be eliminated, it’s impact can be reduced by understanding how to resolve it.  

'STAFFING BLUES' - Conflict Resolution & Management

·       What is conflict?

·       Where does it arise in the workplace?

·       When is it productive & when is it destructive?

·       Communication style:does it contribute or detract from conflict resolution or escalation?

·       Processes and protocols for dealing with conflict

The workshop will be delivered by Kim Lee who is a Succession Knowledge Manager with Rabobank in Orange.  Kim has extensive experience working with rural farming families to achieve personal, family and financial benefits for each generation.  To register please click here.

COST: $750 + gst per person & $350 + gst for 2ND person from the same business.
